Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Left Bank Macapuno ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, cake, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161129] 6-3-6-3-13

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Light haze on this yellowish gold beer, bubbly white head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, modestly sweet. Candy fruit sweetness into floral sweetness. Modest orange - lemon citrus. Light semi dry finish. Fine.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is pale malts, straw, light citric peel, bready pangs. Taste comprises grains, yeast esters, faint citric peel, banana, light buttery notes, biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not great.

5.2% Cask gravity at Pigs Ear Festival 2016. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Peachy. Some esters some wafer biscuit. Some pineapple ok beer very distinctive almost sorachi ace like

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds bready pale malts, ripe lemon. Light-medium sweet flavour with grainy pale bread, more ripening citrus fruits, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with dry pale malts, light dough, straw. Fine.

cask gravity at PE 2016. It pours clear gold with a medium white. The aroma is earthy, toasty, grainy, cereal, porridge and white bread. The taste is smooth, toasty, wood, straw, cereal, porridge, light spice and white bread. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Okay I suppose.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A hazed pale golden coloured pour with a a thin white head. Aroma is pale bready grains, dishwater, vanilla, coconut. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts desecrated coconut, vanilla pina colada. Papers is grainy, lowish carbonation, grainy. Lingering sweet coconut and sun tan lotion. Weird one.
