Cask at Pigs Ear 2016. It pours clear rich gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, fresh, juicy, candied peel, orange, mango and apricot. The taste is smooth, dry, bitter, straw, grass, dry citrus peel, soft mango/apricot vibe and some peppery spice with a dry finish. Light body and soft carbonation. Very quaffable.
