BOLD. UNWAVERING. A REAL ONE OF A KIND – JUST LIKE DORSET'S OLD HARRY ROCKS.

Spicy ginger takes centre stage in this hazy pale ale, brewed with WGV and Goldings hops. Expect refreshing, balanced yet punchy flavours.

Pair with: an obscenely big plate of spicy chicken wings and dancing the night away.

Thin off white on an unclear amber coloured body
Schweppes Ginger Ale aroma.
Medium to thin bodied, foamy with a cloying back.
Digestive biscuits, malt, sweet & sugary tastes with a subtle ginger finish.
Quite a bespoke beer but nice enough.

13/12/2024. Can bought at the Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following the World Beer Awards. Pours very slightly golden brown with a frothy just off-white head. Aroma is mild ginger, malt, biscuit, oats, hint of herb. Quite sweet, gingery, hints of bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Aroma is ok but it's a tad bland.

440ml can from Sainsbury's - Hazy yellow body, short white head. Little medicinal nose, lemon, sweet and spicy. Sweetish ginger taste, some lemon again, little spicy burn at the end. Quite nice.

Can that Jim bought from Sainsbury's - cheers Him! Hazy yellow-amber with a middling fizz and a white head. Tastes of sweetened lager with a hint of spice in the end. Drinkable, but not very gingery and just fairly disappointing all round.

Can from Sainsbury's Supermarket, Salford. Lightly hazed golden-orange with a very thin head. Its ginger influence is subtle with some mild spice by its aftertaste, however there's enough to subdue its pale ale character too with only hints of sweet tropical fruit available here.

Another from Badger's craft arm, the Outland series. Can from Sainsbury's, Bridgwater. Pours murky orange with an off-white cap. Malt, caramel, ginger on the aroma & taste. Light to moderate sweet with light bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation. It's OK
