Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly crisp. Light malts, sweetish. Little sherbet and citrus peel overlaid by mellow Equinox peach. Traces of lemon and tangy citrus fruits. Nice.

On keg at Cloisters. Appearance - golden with a thin head. Nose - massive mango and grapefruit note. Taste - lime chutney and resin. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it’s lovely. The taste is less generous than the nose but still good.

Keg at Cloisters. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit. Taste is a citrus party in my mouth. This beer is like my ideal partner - cold, bitter, and a little bit gassy.

Keg @ Rose & Crown, Kentish Town, London. Golden with a small head. Slightly dirty-hoppy with its aroma, but cleaner with its hop in taste. There’s a very small fruitiness that gets a little more stated in its nose. It’s light with its pale ale texture but fine.

Keg at the Old Red Cow - London. Pours clear yellow-god with a creamy, white head. The nose holds lots of pithy citrus, some rind, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with fairly assertive bitterness (but balanced), with further pithy grapefruit, rindy lemon. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Pleasantly bitter on the finish, with notes of pine, rind, crispy biscuit. Really solid. Quenching.

Keg at Crown & Anchor. It pours clear golden with medium white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, apricot, peach, papaya, creaminess and bread. The taste is crisp, bitter, tropical fruit vibe, papaya, guava, melon, passion fruit, white bread and a touch of pepper with a dry, citrussy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice tropical fruit vibe. Xolid.
