12oz Bottle Thanks to JohnGalt1. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Aroma was of pine, citrus, clove, pepper, and some belg yeast. Taste was nice a little IPA/Belg mix good hop caricature along with a good light belg. Much better than I was expecting it to be.

Bottle at Funky 6. Pours clear amber with a medium, white head. Nice and hoppy aroma with earth, pine and citrus, along with light bread and yeast. Lightly sweet flavor to start, then plenty of bitterness of flowers and citrus fruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with modest malts lingering, earthy bitterness. Good beer.

This has a good hop aroma and hop flavor. Citrus, wildflowers. It is not Houblon, but good anyway. Belgian yeast is evident, and the hops are appropriately intense. Gold color.

Sample from 12 oz bottle. Aroma is cinnamon, Belgian yeast, awesome. Pours golden with a medium head and nice lace. Taste is spicy--nutmeg and coriander definitely. Sweet with an aftertaste of bitterness. Highly carbonated. Oily. Very good. This is what I voted for in the Beer Lover’s Choice Longshot 2010 competition. I hope it wins!
