We took measures to achieve a Brett-forward result, changing our very strict sanitation protocols and employing protocols akin to winemakers and even attempting to crush some grapes with our feet. The wild yeasts on the grapes proved dominant, outcompeting most other microorganisms. The sour wort served as an additional limiting factor, resulting in a surprisingly clean outcome, ideal for complementing the grapes used.

Can courtesy of Kostas, Kykao brewery and consumed at home, shared with Jonas and Ursula Friday 16th May 2025. Very nice, very summery. Light sourness, funky and super easy drinking, cannot quite believe that it's 10%. Great beer, Kykao do this spontaneous fermented beer brilliantly.

Can, thanks Fin. Cloudy light golden. Grapefruit, grapes, lime, funky. Light, full, a nice dry sweet and slightly tart mouthfeel. Like.

Can, thanks for sharing Fin! Pale hazy yellow, white head. Light starchy, dry elegant grapes, grapefruit, light melon, very nice subdued fruity notes, lightly funky, dangerously easy to drink. Good one!

On tap at the strange brew tap house in Athens. Super drinkable saison that hides the abv in a crazy way. Slight umami and funk, mostly a smooth and drinkable farmhouse ale. Lovely.
