250 ml can shared by my friend Chris at a tasting. The pour is a hazed pink, copper with a limited to no head. The aroma is bright raspberry fruit, tart with some citrus acidity. The taste punches you in the face with bright sour tart raspberry, along with a touch of vinegar. The palate is medium bodied with soft to low carbonation and a big tart sour finish. Good but crazy tart and sour - fun to have a Cascade beer again, it had been years.

500ml corked bottle, 2019 vintage. Farmhouse aroma with notes of tart raspberry, funky Brett, vanilla and oak. Pours cloudy burgundy red with a thin tan head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with tart raspberry, farmhouse and oak flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes bone dry and very tart with more raspberry, bretty funk and vanilla flavors. Very nice sour.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is full of deep, lightly tart raspberries and a touch of oak. Flavour has a rich raspberry character, medium-high tartness, medium acidity, and some oak. Excellent raspberry character that harnesses the fruit really nicely. Still a bit too acidic/tart but it's made very well.

Draught at Gourmet Haus. Pours Garber with a rose collar for a head. Massive sour Cherry and raspberry on the aroma. With bread and dark fruit as well. Flavor is overt raspberry with solid tart aspects. Dry finish is lovely. Fantastic beer!

500 ml corked and caged. 2019 vintage. Aroma has notes of raspberry, oak, lacto, lemon, funk, Brett. Pours clear ruby red with a one finger pinkish-white head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is highly sour (9/10) with flavors like the aroma. Nice.
