Clear pale amber colour, small fizzy white head, disappears quickly, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, floral hops, grass, elderflower. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, elderflower. Retronasal elderflower more pronounced. Sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity elderflower and herbal notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fresh and fruity, nice.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a tiny, white head. Aroma is more mint or ginger than elderflower. Light body, lowish carbonation, a light, earthy touch of elderflower and again this minty note. Bitter finish. 250418

0,5 flaske fra Meny Borups alle, København, på hytta okt-17: klar gylden med ok skum. Lett floral duft med hylleblomst, lys malt og mild citrus. Samme i den slanke smaken. Kort ettersmak med mild bitterhet. Inoffensive but boring.
