Clear golden, fizzy, dimishing white head. Aroma has elderflower and light malt. Sweet malt and light elderflower flavour. Finishes dry and slightly bitter. Watery and boring.

Cask handpull at GBBF 2016. Hazy caramel colour. Some flowery elderflower flavour entertaining a little thin in mouth but the elderflower is ok.

Cask Gravity at Pig’s Ear 2015. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, sweet elderflower, perfumed, orange and kumquat. The taste is bitter-sweet, floral, sweet elderflower, light spice, bread and straw with a dry finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. OK for what it is.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’15, 01/12/15. Clear orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is floral, pinch of spice, elderflower evident, straw, orange peel. Taste comprises elderflower cordial, perfumed, hint of Turkish Delight, grassy y citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough for style.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear gold with a white cream crown. The nose holds ginger, pale bread and lemon peel. Moderately sweet, with bready pale malts, ginger, lime. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Finishes sweetly, with more lemon peel, floral notes, pale bread. Not bad.
