Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and a little dry. Decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light dry pale malts. Bitter floralness. Mild Sorachi lemon and a little hop spice. Light dry finish. Mildly bitter lemon linger. The Sorachi is slightly thin but itโs a decent beer.

Cask gravity at Pigโs Ear 2015. It pours hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is stinky sorachi, bitter-sweet, stewed citrus, fennel, grainy, sweet tangerine, bubblegum and pink marshmallow. The taste is bitter, toasted grass, straw, herbal, aniseed, liquorice, chalkiness and some more pink marshmallows. Medium body and fine, but lively carbonation. Interesting stuff. Very good (for a sorachi ace led beer).

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours lightly hazy, yellow-gold with a creamy head. The nose holds peach, melon, grapefruit and pale bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with hints of pee, more melon and grapefruit, light flinty minerals. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Lightly resinous on the finish, somewhat dry, with more piss, peach, pithy grapefruit, lemon rind. Good IPA.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours cloudy yellow color whit a decent white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, coconut, peach, lime, nice. Flavour is a bit poor, light bitter, watery, some astringency. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Nice, but it could be refined.
