Bottle from Utobeer, Borough Market. Enticing aromas of dark plums, smoke, vanilla, bourbon, liquorice toffee, dark chocolate. Rich warming taste of sweet tobacco, dark plums, prunes, smoke, bourbon, milk chocolate Bounty Bar, vanilla. Smoky, vinous & very warming. Excellent.

Thick and black as it gets. No head. The smoke isn’t super intense which is good. The cinnamon overpowers but doesn’t play super well with the smoked plum. Very interesting for a couple sips but a whole beer is too much. Appreciate the attempt but let’s not do this again.

No head, pours and looks as motor oil. Vanilla, Christmas spices & decoration. Crème Anglaise. Vanilla, cinnamon, tonka beans, Bourbon, tobacco, cocos. Fiery alcoholburn, chewy. Sticky from all the sugars. Too sweet by half.

Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, mild smoke, dried dark fruit, mild spice, cinnamon, light bourbon. Flavor is light sweet, light spiced, roast malt, caramel, spice, cinnamon, vanilla, light pepper, light smoke, plums, light bourbon. Full body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet spiced finish. 161124
