We will keep the description of this one simple, just like we did when producing it.

We brewed it with Andrzej Miller, the Grand Champion of Birofilia 2013 – the biggest home-brewed beers competition in Poland. The idea we shared was fairly straightforward: an easy-drinking, everyday beer we would like to keep in our fridge. Bitter but well-balanced, light yet aromatic; instead of knocking you off your feet, American Beauty will serve to unwind and perk you up. Cheerful citrus, mango and lychee on the nose. Crisp, light, moderately bitter and fruity, very drinkable.

We like it a lot.

11/1/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours slightly hazy orange gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma was peachy, citrus, floral, malt, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Bitterness developed more to finish. Quite drinkable but lacked some body.

Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a tight, frothy white head and a delicate citrus fruit and light biscuit malt aroma. The mouthfeel is nice and soft, with a touch of zesty carbonation, a slightly bitter citrus taste and a dry bitter finish

Can: Poured a hazy yellow with a creamy off white head. Aroma is juicy fruits, hops, light perfume. Taste is light hops bitterness, into some fruits, but mainly malty.

Can from Beer52. Cloudy gold with a white head and a light fizz. Sweet pine, lemon and mango with just the right out of bitterness to balance. The hoppiness takes it towards being a session IPA, but there's enough body and malt character to keep it on the gold ale side of the line. It's very tasty, very refreshing, very well-balanced and very more-ish. Lovely job; a top notch brew.

Foamed white head stayed on an unclear pale gold still body. Light malt, hoppy & Juicy aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a nicely carbonated back. American hoppiness, mango, confectionery & sweet tropical fruit tastes with a nicely bittered finish. This is so tasty

330ml can, via Beer52 subscription. Pours hazed golden with a white cap. Beautiful aroma, tropical & citrus fruits. The taste didn't quite match up. Light to moderate sweet & bitter, fruity, citrus, grass. Medium body with soft carbonation

Can from Beer 52. Apples and tropical fruits mixed up in the aroma. Pours a pale straw yellow with a small, transient white head. There’s a lot of fruit in the mouth as well. Unfortunately much of it is mango which really turns me off. Some grapefruit there as well. Horrid bitter lemon finish. Not for me at all.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; light citrus aroma; clean and crisp in the mouth with some tropical fruit; and a crisp, pithy citrus finish. Very drinkable.

Last beer of a long session on 11th Dec 2020. 330ml can, via Beer52; BB 4th Jul 2021. Light golden pour, white topping. Citrus lead to the nose and taste, piney hop notes also; decent malty base for the hops to play on. Nice easy finish to the evening.
