Can at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers’ Market. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a creamy-frothy, white head. The aroma holds inklings of lemon rind, grapefruit, crispy biscuits. Light sweet flavour with further biscuity character, a little dry cereal, slight rindy bitterness, tangerine, a little white grape. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced in the finish with restrained hop character, more pale bread and biscuits, light piney and rindy bitterness. Really drinkable stuff overall.
