A fairly bitter and umami-heavy stout, touch of salty licorice, some coffee. Fairly woody, with just the right amount of rum. So easy to overdo rum BA, but not here. Well made, good stuff.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, molasses, raisins, coffee and licorice. Fairly sweet, malty, gently roasty and slightly fruity taste of caramel, molasses, raisins, coffee and chocolate, followed by a short, rather roasty-bitter, earthy-dry and a little woody finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Tap. Beautiful black color with beige head and nice lacing. Aroma is rum, chocolate, vanilla, chocolate sauce. Taste is the same, quite sweet and rich, light motor oil, tobacco, wood, leather. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbked carbonation. Good one!

Tap@Brewskival 2018, Helsingborg - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, caramel, burnt charred dark malty nuances, full bodied, rum infused wooden accents into the dark malty close.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A dark reddish brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of coffee, dark roasted malt, coffee, dark red fruits. Taste of mild dry dark roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, nice!!
