Murky gold - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent carbonation. Fluffy malts, mildly sweet. Piney hop and decent Mosaic fruits. Mild Wai-Iti lime and modestly bitter floralness. Dry finish. Comes together well enough. Modest bitter linger.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy cloudy dirty gold colour lasting white head. Again not exactly a pleasant look. Distinctive fruity aroma. Somewhere between kumquat and a herby lemony fruity aroma. Lots of lemon. Oddly refreshing. Some bitterness. Some sour citrus acidity that is quite racy. Yes, weird, but pretty drinkable.

Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. A clouded milky golden coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is lovely lovely juicy mango , white grape , tropical fruit salad, little hockey puck, clean doughy bready malts. Flavour is composed of soft doughy grains, chalky, mixed tropical fruits, spicy orange rind, tangerine, white grape, lingering spicy citrus, little plastic in the finish. Palate is doughy, spitzy carbonation, mineral. Very drying finish. Really very good.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from the brewery. Pours lightly hazy gold with a sturdy, frothy white head. Great aroma, bursting with juicy citrus, melon, tangerine, understated pale bread. Light sweet flavour with a nice pissy mosaic aspect, juicy grapefruit, light rindy bitterness, hints of pine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a little oily resin, more grapefruit, cat pee, tangerine, apricot, restrained bitterness, mellow pale bready sugars. Super drinkable, damn juicy. Outstanding. A nice return to form for BBNo.
