Cask, as Eureka, third, shared with Finn at Southwark Brewing Company. Hazed golden body. Filmy layer, rings of lace down the glassware. Floral nose, mid-dry. Ripe fruity hops to the taste profile, lemon and peaches. Mid dry ending with distant bitterness. Satisfying. (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).

Cask @ Mulberry Bush, Southbank, London. Golden with a small carbonation and a small head. It’s a pale ale with a light dry tropical fruitiness.

Cask at The Marquis of Wellington, Bermondsey, London, Saturday 3rd June 2017 Pours amber in colour with a slight haze and a white sheen of film. There is no denying that the citra lifts this it really does, but it’s still lacking a little. Malty, fruity but a bit too thin, ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
