We picked Riwaka, Sabro and Columbus to produce a beer full of pungent flavors. Behind its dank and herbal flavors you can taste hints of coconut and peach.

18 December 2024. Christmas Beer Evening with the lovely Anke! Can from Mr. Hop.
A: hazy dark ochre, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: withering mint, old pink grapefruit, pine resin, paprika.
T: sweetish mandarin, bitter grapefruit, pine, spicy mint & dill.
F: herbal hops, bitter old grapefruit, spices.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Lacks freshness and something smooth. Too bad.

Can drunk watching The Gentlemen, who are definitely not, while my neighbor has a party on a Thursday for some reason. Sweet dreams are not made of that. The beer might be sweet though: nose of volatile fresh tropical fruits, mangosteen and passionfruit. Nice balance and no burn, it's smooth bitterness with a surprisingly moderate body for a hazy IPA. Light caramel, lemon cake... Excellent!

0.44 l can from 'DeBiersalon.nl', canned in April 2024. Very hazy, pale orange with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, slightly dank aroma of mango, passion fruit, papaya and light green peppers. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, very fruity, quite juicy and slightly dank taste of mango, passion fruit, papaya, orange and hints of green pepper, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one, like it a bit better than the red one.

Tap at Craft and Draft, Amsterdam, after a second quick visit to J and B Craft Drinks, 22nd May 24. Pours a hazy orange yellow. Aroma is full, intense, mangoes and coconut, pineapple. Taste is pungent, rich, tropical lots going on, coconut, pineapple and mangoes. It’s the stand out from the three in the series
