A taproom exclusive drink, we've made a cider with late season cider apple varieties from Tom Oliver's Cider in Herefordshire.
It's a keg-only dry cider with light carbonation, a wonderous colour and rich, moreish apple flavours.
The cider apple varieties were Yarlington Mill, Michelin, Bulmers Norman, Kingston Black, Collington Big Bitters, Sheep's Nose, Ball's Bittersweet, Bloody Turk.

Lovely stuff, very well balanced. Nice bit of acidity, semi-ripe apples, mellow salinity, some citric twang. Pleasant lingering tart aftertaste. Sound.

On tap at Kernel Bar Bermondsey. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Cider aroma. Some wild funk on aroma. Good dry cider. Really good pucker good tannins. Good cider apple character. Light wildness. Good.

Couleur pâle-dorée, col léger blanc mais peu tenace.
Cidre que je trouve finement épicé avec une touche rappelant une touche de poivrée - amertume est tout de même bien là avec des notes acerbes pommes assez marquées.

On tap at The Kernel - Spa Road. Pours a murky dull gold with a white head. Tons of dry apple skins and some funky wood on the nose. Flavour has tons of dry apple skins, dry musty wood, and tannins. It's very solid.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, acetic funk. Taste is appley, fruity, zingy, citric, funky, with some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Almost clear orange topped with a white cap that soon collapsed.
Nose is tangy apples, orchard wood, burnt caramel, straw.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, funk, farmyard twang, light smoke, acidic ripple.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a barnyard rasp.
Solid.
