0.44 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before March 2026. Very hazy, dark orange with a large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of mango, passion fruit, pear and some banana. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, very fruity and gently yeasty-spicy and a bit soapy taste of passion fruit, mango, pear, banana and some clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty Hopfenweisse, although not fully convincing, somewhat harsh and disharmonious.

Can from Bierkiste. Murky amber, big golden lacing head. Fruit salad aroma: Citrus, banana, resinny tropics, melon. Surprisingly lightbodied and underattenuated at the same time. mineral/clay on the palate, melonrind bitterness, hoppy fruits, dry clove and allspice finish. pithy aftertaste.

Hefiger, herb-hopfiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, der Hopfen ist fruchtig-frisch, lässt den Weizencharackter aber im Vordergrund. Spritzig, leicht bitter, mittellanger Abgang. Gefällt. 10/10/10/10/11/10

Can picked up from Camba Brewery, Seeon and consumed at home FRiday 31st January 2025 listening to Craig Charles afternoon show on 6Music. We're cooking Lasagne and Cannelloni. Pours hazy dark gold/mis amber with a large white head. There is a little bit of graperfuit and it's also resinous on the nose. Tastewise these aroma attributes also show in the mouth. It's clean, bright, zippy and zappy, like it.

440ml can. Hazy, amber colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Minimally biscuity, wheaty malty and yeasty spicy aroma, hints of speculoos, clove vanilla, macaroon, undeveloped, ensnared, fruity hoppy overtones. Taste is wheaty malty, yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy and mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, hints of macaroon, banana, some vanilla, clove, speculoos, a touch of fresh hay, dark honey; suppressed, fruity hop flavours knock at the door permanently but don't get access and remain on the cusp of pertinence.
Minimally creamy and oily, substantially watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Multifacetted but somehow dithery, eclectic, blurred, indistinct, half-baked - will not attract people into the Weizenbock style who aren't already infected.
