22oz bottle pours a hazy gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit. Flavor has yogurt, grapefruit, passion fruit. The carbonation is extremely heazy, spritzy and grating to the finish.

A hazed golden Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light passion fruit, very nice and tart. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart lemon, sweet acidity from passion fruit, tropical fruit, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Bevy Honolulu.

light body slight tart but lack acidity and too malty for the style. Lingering malty finish.

Poured into a plastic cup showing cloudy yellow and a finger of white foam. The nose shows juicy passion fruit with a good mix of guava. The palate is moderately carbonated with a light to medium body. Very light on the tartness, a brief appearance of guava and some passion fruit on the first impression that quickly fades into a corn-like malt sweetness on the mid palate to the finish.

Tap at CBM Koenji. Pours a slightly hazy glowing yellow with a 2-finger soapy off-white head. Passion fruit all over the nose with some light papaya, lemon zest and zinginess. Tart on the palate with really nice passion fruit notes. Body is a little thin, but for the style not too distracting. Lovely tart and dry finish with noticeable lacto character. Very well done. --- Beer merged from original tick of Passionfruit Sour Ale on 28 Oct 2015 at 20:11 - Score: 8

Bottle. Soft yellow pour with a small, short lived white head. Enticing aroma is sour a hints of the pasionfruit. Bright and lively. The sour and tart flavors meld together with the tropical fruit perfectly. Tart crisp finish. Outstanding.

Hazy light gold. Abundant lilikoi aroma. Mostly sweet on the palate, but the passionfruit dies contribute some tartness to help the finish. Not bad - might need extra bug-induced tartness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks zvikar. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Lovely aroma full of passion fruit and some yogurt. Sourish flavor, slightly grainy, with lacto and passion fruit. Quite light-bodied. Very good and refreshing.
