A big flavour and aroma driven by lots of US hops. The hop additions are sky high!

Keg at Totally Tapped, Beeston. Dark golden amber, hazy with a loose white head and a lot of lacing. Resinous and astringent aroma with graham cracker, pine, honey. Bittersweet taste which quickly descends into a properly sharp bitterness. Highly carbonated. Tasty hoppy amber.

Cask at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is light caramel buttery malt, light tropical fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth malt, dry pepper spice, light tropical fruit, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A 500ml bottle picked up at KellenTay Beers in Derby. Also available on tap at the brewpub. Pours a lasting pearl white white blanketing the glass. Muddy body content. Inviting dry hopped aroma. Taste of citrus with grapefruit to the fore. Mid-dry bitter end if citrus peels. Fine bodied and soft in the mouth. Pleasant (shared with Knut, Are, Johnny and Dag Erik, hotel room 22.02.2015).
