Who said single-hop beers have to be one-dimensional? In this Nelson Sauvin pale, the big vinous hit you expect is present, as is a seriously dank nose, but the subtle peach character it regularly imparts is dialled up to the max in conjunction with our house yeast! Juicy, hazy and vibrant.

Can online from Leftfield Beer. Pours hazed orange with white foam. Aroma: ripe stone fruits, gooseberry, white grape, grass. Taste: near moderate sweet with lighter bitterness, tooti frooti sweets, orange pith, ripe stone fruits, gooseberries, pine. Medium body with fine carbonation. Great expression of NS.

Panda tha nks to Cloin. A very modest haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a light smooth sweetness. Nelson hops pretty good here by modern standards. A whisper of skunk, light gooseberry and a touch of pine sodden grape. Light finish. Nice 2025 Nelson showcase.

2/3rds from the tap at Krafty J's in Jersey. Pours a bright yellow with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of white grapes, peach, flora, herbs, grass & hops. Medium body. Dry slight bitter finish

Can at home, from HOTM online, 31/12/24. Hazed orange topped with a lasting white head. Nose is ripe tropicana, mandarin, papaya, light hop spice, stone fruit, dank tickle. Taste comprises orange pith, papaya, ripe melon, stone fruit, gooseberries, pine resin, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous Nelson driven hop bitterness. Solid Nelson fuelled pale.
