Sampled at Billies, day 2. Slightly unclear orange color, average sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, lightly rye in there? Nice hoppy, sticky hops. Old school BW. Love it. Good sticky hops and firm to heavy bitter finish. Good stuff! 7-8-8-8-8,5

Another Rivington bottle pour. Reddish-amber body, didn't note the head. A big orange/citrus preseince in the aroma in between caramelly, bit oxidized maltiness. Lean, dry, caramelly, minerally malty taste, a solid orange-like presence from the hops I guess, along with a solid bitterness in the finish. Interesting more than enjoyable for me.

Bottle from Fuss Club. Deep ruby colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty sweet. And fruity both dried fruit and some citrus. Full body.

Bottle at PBF tasting. Pretty classic American barley wine, high bitterness, well attenuated. Light caramelly maltiness just from the leftover sugars. Lots of citrusy hops character. Very nice, smoother than expected. Good even if not great.

375ml bottle. Clear amber, beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, caramel, citrus rind. Taste of sweet malts, dried fruits (raisin, fig, date etc.), malt loaf, caramel, brown sugar, orange peel, fruit cake, light kiss of alcohol and some hop bitterness tempering the initial malt sweetness. Medium bodied, smooth. Lovely stuff, for a relatively fresh bottle this already drinks really well to me.
