Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt. 33 cl bottle. Pours lear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight caramelish. Breadish, high carbonation, caramelish. Bitter and toasted dry finish.

Bottle @Ulfborg Scooper. Hazy brown, small offwhite head. Malty, yeasty aroma, light notes of spice. Sweetish, slightly watery flavour. Yeasty with soft spice.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is strange yeasty, weeds, minerals, yeast, soil, almond essence, grass, grain, popcorn, sulfur, rotten leafs. Taste is harsh yeasty, almond essence, minerals, harsh yeast, bark, paper, grain, soap, weeds, metal tank, burnt caramel. Medium bitterness, harsh metallic mouthfeel. Crap!

Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 08.11.15. Clear golden. Off-white head. Complex aroma and taste of ripe tropical fruits, bitter papaya. Balanced, complex and quite refreshing.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours amber with little head. Aroma of caramel. Tastes quite bitter, thin bodied, watery. Boring.

Fra flaske på DSJT, Cardinal nov-15: kklar gylden med kort skum. Noe blomst og honning. Myk, balansert og med en lett biterhet. Halvtørr avslutning. En ok øl, men jeg skjønner ikke hva som skal være julepreget i denne. Egentlig litt kjedelig og udefinert.
