Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (03/10/2024) - lots of gooseberry and sweet white grape on the nose and taste follows, some additional melon and pine coming in, sweet malty backbone, piney balanced bitter hoppy finish. Very nice but not a NEDIPA, felt/looked more WC.

On tap at SARA, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with bitter piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and bitter stone fruits. Piney and bitter finish. Nothing all that complex but it's good.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 10, 2020. Aroma is hop forward with nice tropical fruit notes of mango, passion fruit, guava, gooseberry, and grapefruit. Medium light dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a murky, hazy, golden straw color with a medium large, thick, white head that exhibits nice retention as it slowly recedes to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness and light cracker malt notes. medium bitterness and light alcohol spice. Moderately strong hop notes of grapefruit, gooseberry, guava, tropical citrus and lighter dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really tasty DIPA. Great hop aroma and flavor with some balanced sweetness and malt character. Perhaps a bit danker and bitter than a straight NEIPA, this hits all the spots for me.
