Shig-o tasting. Clear, medium honey gold, active. Butterscotch, sweet apple nose. Caramel, bittersweet, thin, light oak, very faint carbonation, aged smooth, maybe a touch of oxidation. Good-ish.

Bottle: Poured a coppery golden with a bubble head. Aroma is apple, sweet. Taste is sweet, apple, caramel, sharpness to it near the finish.

Bottle ordered from the brewery. Sharp edged but sweet apple peel aroma. Clear gold. Bubbly body but no head. Light-medium sour. A touch of juicy sweetness alongside a dryness. Light-medium bodied. Slick if thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Pleasent if not particularly exciting.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with light carbonation and no lasting head, really. Nose - dry apple and apple skin. Light hay note. Taste - sweet apple this time, with some green apple skins. Palate - medium bodied lightly tangy through middle and finish with some residual sweetness. Overall - it has some merit.

Bag in a box at the Last Plantagenet, Leicester. Light gold and clear with no head. Tangy apple smell with a bit of pear skin and vinegar. Sweet taste but there is a touch of cidery tang at the finish. Watet body. Not world-beating but decent.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are tart apples, fruits, sulphur and has a sweet finish.
