Tasting at Leighton’s Flat. Thanks to our host. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light dry pale malts. Little floralness. Decent orange - grapefruit hops, thin but flavoursome. Finishes light and dry. Bitterish linger. Decent if a tad dry.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, citrus, earth, creamy and dull rubber. The taste is toasty, earth, caramel, straw, sponge cake, cereal, soapy citrus, cat litter and rubber glove with a short finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty basic and nobody likes a rubbery beer...

Bottle shared in London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose holds some citrusy hops with suggestions of grass and plastic. Light sweet flavor with pale bread, touches of plastic, hay, pale grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Grassy bitter finish, a bit more plastic, dry pale bread, hay. So so.
