Keg @ Brewery Shop Emporium, High Wycombe. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, nuts, lactose sugar and hops. Light bitter finish.

Cask in Blacksmiths Arms St Albans. Aroma is coffee, nuts, lactose. Light bitterness, lightly sour. Watery. I don't like the unpleasant sourness.

Cask half-pint on 24th Nov 2017 in The Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Easy drinking Milk Stout, looked good, smelled good and tasted good. Plenty of chocolate esters and flavours, smooth and rich.

Cask at the St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2017. Pours black with a very small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of coffee, liquorice, lactose, chocolate, vanilla, dark fruit and hint of coconut. Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet chocolate finish.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Red Squirrel The Mad Squirrels Milk Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, milk chocolate, milk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, milky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141205]

Tap at the Brewery Shop, Amersham. Poured a clear brown colour with a frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light creamy milk, some chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet with a dry light coffee sweet malt, chocolate, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at the craft and cleaver st Albans. Jet black coloured pour with a thin small beige head. Aroma is coco powder, milk chocolate milk with a little tangy apple, faint roast. Flavour is mild milky roast, choc, coco powder, burnt earth. A little weak and filmay. Palate is thin and watery, semi sweet. A bit under fermented.

On cask at their outlet @ Berkhamsted. Smooth round malty beginning. Fresh and malty, chocolate, dark fruit. The body is light but deep, fresh soft smooth chocolate, not much bitterness and nice smooth roasted finish with hints of chocolate! Great!
