750ml bottle. Clear, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, firm, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy and slightly wheaty, malty, as well as slightly exotic, fruity aroma, hints of orange peel, a touch of banana, umami, quince. Taste is minimally sweet, wheaty malty, slightly fruity, minimally tart and tangy, slightly spicy, hints of orange peel, brine, umami, algae, nori, a touch of quince. Hard to describe with fruits and spices I'm really familiar with. Quite unusual, well composed - nice.

7fiddy at LKS. It pours clear golden - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, earthy, umami, lemon, limey, tangy, sherbet, bright acidity and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, lemon - lime, sherbet, unami, earthy, toasty grain, straw, grassy, lemonade and some spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty interesting stuff. Quaffable.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours totally clear gold with a slim, foamy white head. The aroma has melon, wheat bread, watermelon, dough. Light to medium sweet flavour with lot bitterness, some juicy peach, more melon, tangerine, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, more bready character, minimal hops, saison yeast. Well rounded. A touch of lemony tartness. Whispers of salt water. Overall, good stuff.

Bottle from the Brewdog Online Shop, shared with the Mrs, apropos of nothing. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Classic white pepper and wheat aromas, faint saline/seaweed note. Taste is light spice, yeast esters, dough. Saline note is in the background, but there. Clean finish.
