Cask at the pig’s ear beer fest 2014. Aroma is lovely piney, leafy cascade hop with a hint of resin. Clear dark brown coloured pour with a lasting loose light tan head. Flavour is resin ous pine and light lemon citrus . malts are nutty with a faint Roasty bite in the finish. Assertive balanced bitterness. Lingering citrus point is very pleasant. Palate is medium full, slight hop resin on the tongue. Very good.
