From a shared bottle. I thought this was quite good. Grass, flowers and light spice with yeast. --- Beer merged from original tick of Nonna’s Blend #20 (DUPLICATE ENTRY) on 03 Feb 2024 at 15:36 - Score: 8

750ml (thx, Gene!) @ Phill's during Gene's visit. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: farmhouse notes, a bit of nice malty character. Taste: along the same lines, a bit bitter, some Brett. Overall: pretty good, but far from being in excellent as it's not intense and complex enough IMHO.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice wild yeast blend, a touch of stone fruits, and some rustic notes. Flavour has a complex wild yeast blend, a touch of stone fruit character, some rustic notes, and toasted crackery notes. Dry, buggy, rustic, with a grainy, minimally tart finish. Excellent.

Bottle shared by Molly, thanks! Pours a near clear dull yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pear and melon with a bit of tart citrus, some lemon and a slight funky note underlying. Flavor has a nice light tart tropical fruit note with growing citrus and a bit of sweet grains and quince supporting.

Pours unclear yellow. Small, nearly no white head. Scent is brett, sharp, mild tart impressions. Fresh, Some spiced, or so it seems. Phenolic. Yellow fruityness (pineapple) . Taste is tart, yellow fruits. Tart, but easy drinkable. American style acidity - but the balanced kind. Buttery tartness, medium body, medium to medium high carbo. Lovely.
