26/IX/25 - 33cl bottle from Brewfist Terminal 1 (IT), shared @ my Brewfist Italian night (home), BB: 31/XII/30, L201109 (2025-940)
Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of green coffee, slightly smoky, good roast, nice, pretty complex smell. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: oooh, lovely, slightly sweet, lots of chocolate, a bit sugary, caramel, a bit of coffee, pretty bitter, charcoal. Aftertaste: sweet, whisky, bourbon, some vanilla, lovely roast, lots of chocolate, some coffee, nice!

Bouteille 33cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck & Didier @ Tim's Brewfist Italian night. BB 31/12/2030, lotto# L201109.
Brune foncée, huileux filament doré au verre.
Arôme sur un gros bouquet malté - caramel, chocolaté/cacao, barrique sublime le tout avec de fins effluves de Bourbon - parfum chargé en café qui malgré les années (2020?) reste encore bien présent tant au nez que en bouche.
Palais est solide pour un gros stout classique - café très bien placé - grillé, espresso-like, caramel avec un généreux apport de bourbon qui confère cette note vanillée en support - Jim Bean.
