Bock, good times... got this from some Estonian store in Tartu, during Metallica tour. Not on video, but based on checklist still. Says it brewed with natural unfiltered water. Smell- roast, yeast, sour notes, bit like tea mushroom... not great, not terrible. Foam- medium thick, some roasty bitter notes, what creep after time. head is small, creamy white, oily-ish. Appearance-half hazy, red, brown color, medium carbonation bubbles, but more at the top of drink. Taste- roast, malt, yeast, now bitterness is less, but does creep up in aftetaste. Interesting combination, like roasted malt with muffled, but definite bitter notes. I think this all works together quite well, maybe not exactly the style I enjoy, but I get it.

Bottle (from Uba ja Humal). Bready, toasted malts, medicinal. Medium-bodied. Flavor has caramel, licorice, grass. Toasted maltyness in the aftertaste. Sweetish and quite a medicinal flavor. Not bad anyhow.
