Sample from 50 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a creamy white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, grasses, fruits and toasted bread. Grains. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Drying grainy finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, herbs, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of herbs and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Dark brown with a beige creamy head. Toasted and roasted malty with notes of caramel, some burnt brown sugar, medium body, toasted malty close.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden brown. Tan head. Aroma is roasted malty,light herbal. Sweet, toasted. Bitter and dark malty. Roasted finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark, nutty brown with a smallish off-white head. Vague roast in the nose, but it sure ain't much. Medium body, appley, vague roastiness and a dry finish. Very vague, but not horrible. 220818

Bottle 500ml. [ As Donslund Special Ale ].Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt - toasted, cereal, nutty, hay. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, earthy - damp stain - fusty. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]

Bottle, 5.0%. Citric aroma, brown sugar, sweet aroma hop. Muddy brown colour. Very small frothy tan head. The flavour is nicely roasted, but has a rather unpleasant malt syrup note. Tastes like your first homebrew. Thin mouthfeel.
