330 ml bottle. A bit old this rating, but my notes says a neutral, typical Norwegian macro pilsner with just enough malt and sweetness to not be classified as really bad. Traces of hops and a really short finish. Not much to remember anyway.

330 ml clear bottle - the last bottle in the store, as this beer is now retired, together with the old "Lervig Pilsner", both are replaced by the new "Herlige Lervig Pilsner" (a new recipe, and brewed in Stavanger). Both "Ein Te Pils" and "Lervig Pilsner" were contract brewed for Lervig by Mack or their partner brewery Trio. I nearly let the "Ein Te Pils" slip away under my nose, as I thought it was an alias of "Lervig Pilsner", but I spoke to the brewery today, and they confirm that the two beers were actually different recipes. Pours very pale straw coloured, moderate head. First a "skunky" nose (clear bottle), then a very moderate aroma of grass and citrus on a background of "boiledness" (a trademark of Trio Bryggeri). Thin mouthfeel, very moderate flavour with less than sufficient malts and hops. The new "Herlige Lervig Pilsner" is at least better than this!
