Vår porter är en öl bryggd för att vara mångsidig och smakrik utan att bli en dessertöl, vi har använt bourbonvanilj från Madagaskar som lånar ut en mörk, mjuk vaniljton men vi har varit noga med att hålla vaniljnivån på den grad att den fortfarande skall passa bra till matkombinationer. Drick den gärna som den är men den trivs kanske bäst i sällskap med mat då gärna med något kolgrillat även lite fet mat, eller varför inte den klassiska kombinationen ostron vs porter?

F: big, light tanned, good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: roasted malt, light chocolate, dark fruits, cocoa. T: coffee, watery, chocolate, cocoa, very light body, very high disturbing carbonation, sample from 33cl bottle @ RBESG 2017, Grand tasting in Tallin, Estonia.

From a shared bottle at RBESG 2017 - Grand Tasting. Pours clear dark brown with an off-white head. Mild roasty aroma dominated by dark chocolate. Fair enough. [22nd of July 2017]

RBESG 2017, Grand Tasting, sampled on July 22, 2017.From bottle 33 cl at 4.8%.Black color, fizzy tan head. Roasted, mineral scent. Malty, slight roasted taste. Ash aftertaste. Fizzy growing mouthfeel, low bitterness.4/3/4/2/7=2.0

33cl Bottle at RBESG 17 Grand Tasting. Dark brown to black colour, beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cocoa, light roast, caramel. Flavour is medium sweet, watery, cocoa, roast, light bitterness. Light bodied. So-so Belgian porter.

Sample from the bottle at RBESG 2017, Tallinn. Color is clear brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate and some roasted malts. Very watery. Fizzy too.
