Fully Baked is an autumn-inspired sour beer, and at 9.1%, it packs a punch! We pulled out all the stops, resulting in a rich, thick liquid pumpkin pie with hints of vanilla, pecan, maple syrup, orange peel, and other delightful spices. This sour was brewed with barley, oats, and wheat, giving the beer a nicely intricate malt body. As far as autumnal beers go – it’s the real deal! It suits the season so well that it’s just the thing to keep you warm and cozy as the nights grow longer and darker.

33cl Blik van Two Chefs Webshop. Troebel goudoranje kleur, witte kraag. Kruidig, kruidnagel, nootmuskaat, pompoen, friszuur, citroenzuur, warme alcohol. Medium body. Vreemde concoctie maar wel erg smakelijk.

On tap at Cloudwater London. Cloudy orange with small off white head. Pumpkin, spicy, cinnamon, sweetish. Medium bodied. Liked it.

(Draught at Mikkeller at Morebeer, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2023) Amber colour with creamy tan head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of pumpkin, cinnamon and spices. Fruity, tart taste with pumpkin, cinnamon, mixed fruit, citrus, vanaill and aslightly tart taste with fairly low bitterness. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Quite fruit, with lots of pumpkin and spices. The tartness balances the pumkin quite nicely. Interesting. Nice one.

On tap at Mikkeller at Morebeer, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy pumpkin notes, light nutmeg, a touch of cinnamon — doesn't smell or look like a smoothie sour. Flavour is earthy and spicy, with earthy pumpkin, light nutmeg and moderate sweetness. Not a fan of the adjuncts here.

Aus der Dose im 2023-04 getrunken. DIeses Pumkin Sour kommt neben seinen tollen Frucht-Gewürzaromen mit einer deutlichen Säure daher. Das ist Spaß im Glas mit einer nicht so gewöhnliche Note.

Tap at 73 Enid street. A light hazed sticky orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is sticky and tangy, vanilla, lemon rind, brown sugars, flapjack. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy lemon, spicy, brown sugars toasted oats. Palate is composed of semi sweet . Good.
