The Miner - ciemne jak węgiel Black IPA, pełne doznań pochodzących od słodów i chmieli. Zapach zdominowany przez grejpfruty, cytryny i żywiczną woń, ciemny kolor piwa zdradza jedynie muśnięciem prażonego słonecznika. W smaku bliskie klasycznemu, konkretnie nachmielonemu na goryczkę IPA, przełamanemu słodowymi niuansami.

500ml bottle. Quasi black colour with slightly late awakening, small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Resinous, piney hoppy and roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of coniferes, resin, pine needles, dark chocolate, a touch of milk chocolate, some coffee. Taste is dry, resinous and piney hoppy, chocolately and slightly roasty dark malty, slightly woody, some hoppy and roasty bitterness, some chocolately and resinous, honey-like sweetness. Full body, smooth and soft, minimally oily-sticky palate, well adjusted, discreet but efficacious carbonation.

Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and has modest carbonation. Bitter dark malts, some roast. Strong floral bitterness. Tangy fruits. Light finish. Strong bitter linger. A fairly harsh CDA which reduces it’s drinkability.

Bottle shared in Warsaw. Pours clear brown with a bubbly, off-white head. Toasted grainy brown bread, orange peel. Light-medium sweet flavour, subtle roast, toasted toffee, more citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Alright balance in the finish, light toast, dried pine, faded citrus. Not bad.
