(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Oct 2019) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with green apples, grass and hints of citrus. Fruity, tart taste with notes of green apples, grass and some citrus. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced with a mild tartness. Quite enjoyable.

Draught @ Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Ocean Golden Apple Cider ].ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple. earthy apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart apple, earthy apples, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in March 2015. Clear golden with no head. Aroma and taste of apples, light wood and citrus. Fresh and easy to drink. On the sweet side and with a slightly tart finish.

Bottled at Nöjesguidens Ölmässa. Clear pale yellow. Aroma of mashed apples. Sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Sweet apple base, some citric acid om top. Quite lifeless.

500ml Bottle - Golden with lively carbonation. Aromas of apples, pears and hints of grape. Nicely balanced between being sweet and tart with crisp apple notes and more hints of grape. The best Swedish cider I’ve had.

Bottle @ Ölstugan Tullen. Pours tiny sparkling greenish golden with a small offwhite head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is tiny sweet and fruity with Granny Smith apples, hay, lemon juice, dry soil, apple skins and hints of apple cider vinegar and bakers yeast. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly sour and fruity with Granny Smith apples, hay, bakers yeast, mineral water, lemon zest and hints of acetone. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly tannic astringent, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour with green apples, hay, soil, mineral water and lemon zest. Simple but ok...
