The Blonde de Monaco is a high fermentation Pils respecting the law of beer mashing (Reinheitsgebot): only organic malts, hops and yeasts are combined thanks to the know-how of our Master Brewer. This traditional beer reveals the fine and peppery bitterness of German and Alsatian hops thanks to a slow fermentation process and maturation in vats for more than 3 weeks.

Draught@the brewpub. Golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is grainy, malty and floral with some mild bready notes. Flavour is malty, bready, floral and a bit grainy as well. Refreshing on a hot summer day.

Tap at the brewery. Sour milk/barnyard malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Sweet peach malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Very tasty, earthy beer.

Draught at the brewpub, this batch had 5.2% accorting to the board near the brewing tanks. Poured a full shiny yellow colour with a nice small thick white head. Grainy, biscuity slighty sweet malty nose. Tasty biscuity grainy taste. Light but sharp herbal hopiness near the end. A very pleasant, drinkable blonde.

11/10 Draught at the brewpub. Poured murky golden body with medium sized head. Nice lager aroma, relatively weak, but with prominent unpasteurized hops and lighter malty profile. Bitter flavor, slightly sourish as well as of mentioned hops, bit honey malts round the brew. Medium bodied. Nice, longer bittersweet finish. Good brewpub Pilsener, especially after awful Blanche.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy/hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy hoppy. Fruity flavoured, light bitterness and easy malt base. Solid carbonation mouthfeel. Bitter and crisp hoppy flavoured finish.

Handbottled, courtesy of Per. Mild fruity aroma. Herbal, slightly spicy. Cloudy dark orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is herbal, has some cereal. Mild aromatic hoppiness. Not bad. Peppery finish, like black pepper, not just alcohol.

Hand-bottle from Per - big thanks! Hazy dull tan. Strange minty hop character, with maybe some autolysis. Mild, low bitterness and mild hop character. Pleasant, quaffable brew.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Floral hop aroma with perfume and orange. Mid-sweet ithcrisp lightly crystallic malt forming a midsized body. A well balanced, quite hoppy lager beer with non assaulting bitterness.
