A New England update on our Double IPA Human Cannonball, this DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel. We eliminated the bittering and moved the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hopping to maximise aroma. Fermented with London Fog yeast for an estery aroma and sweet finish the beer is served way more hazy than the original to maximise the flavour expression.

Malts: Golden Promise, Torrified Wheat, Malted Wheat, Flaked Oats, Malted Oats
Hops: Cryo Hops™ – Citra & CTZ. T90 – Centennial , Chinook & CTZ
Yeast: WLP066

Can at Home, from Grumpy Goat, 8th June 18. Pours cloudy orange. Aroma is big tropical fruit and pine needles, citrus. Taste is full on tropical fruit, citrus, pine and a good level of bitterness. Beats the shit out of Human Cannonball. Good one.

Can from Ales by Mail. Fashionably murky, no head. Looks like juice. Smells like juice. Passionfruit and pineapple mostly. Taste is sweet. On trend murk. Wanted to try it, wish I'd saved my money.
