A New England update on our Double IPA Human Cannonball, this DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel. We eliminated the bittering and moved the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hopping to maximise aroma. Fermented with London Fog yeast for an estery aroma and sweet finish the beer is served way more hazy than the original to maximise the flavour expression.

Appearance- golden and very hazy, a 2-finger white foamy head. Aroma- mango, pineapple, orange, hop resin, caramel traces, pithy fruit, lots and lots of hops. Taste- thick sticky hops, sweet fruit, onion hints, juicy fruit, pineapple, mango, papaya, more tropical fruit, hop resin, bitter undertones. Sweet finish. Excellent stuff.

500 ml can, bb 15/11/18.
Amber, hazy body, with a big, frothy, lacing, light yellow head.
Aroma of orange juice, passion fruit flesh, apricot, grapefruit, dankness,
Tastes quite similar, with some earthy notes and a sweet, biscuity body.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, moderate bitter, a bit sweet, a bit warm, dank, moderate piney, juicy, very fruity, citric, with apricot, tropical fruits.
Tasty! A quite typical hazy DIPA, while with some more biscuity body. Lovely, juicy fruits throughout and enough dankness and pine spiciness. Very quaffable stuff, despite the ABV.

500 ml. can @ Beerlovers Bar + 2 * 250 ml. @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Super hazy orange, small white. Nose is pure bitter mano peel, passionfruit, bitter, thick tropical haze. Massive juicy orange peel, mango, passionfruit, thick hazy with medium bitter, just very thick bit bitter exotic fruit, lovely, as it should be.

Can from Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham, consumed whilst camping with the UTTC at Boarstall, Buckinghamshire Friday 15th June 2018. Pours hazy gold with a white head, murky. Lots of tropical fruit on the aroma with pineapple and mango in particular showing. Nice soft mouthfeel, pleasant sweetness, lots tropical flavours. Juicy, its a good beer. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov17 4.1

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy amber with a small head. Has a fuller oat-fruitiness with its strength not overly evident but giving it a good edge.

Lata 33 cl en Cimmeria. (r44). Gracias Cimmeria!!!!... Cervezon.

Can. Very hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Nice tropical fruit nose. Light palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Nice tropical fruits, rich and ripe and run through with decent spicy pine. Trace of tinned tropical fruits. Finishes smooth and fairly dry and with obvious orange and mango. Light spicy linger. Good stuff.
