A New England update on our Double IPA Human Cannonball, this DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel. We eliminated the bittering and moved the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hopping to maximise aroma. Fermented with London Fog yeast for an estery aroma and sweet finish the beer is served way more hazy than the original to maximise the flavour expression.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 18 June 2018) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, resin, pineapple and some marzipan. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, passion-fruit and a generous citric/tropical bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made IIPA, with a generous hop character. Very nice.

Can shared at Beer Merchants - Hackney Wick. Pours cloudy gold with a foamy, white head, fairly sweet, lots of rich tropical fruits, light spicy pine, oily resin. Full bodied, somewhat chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, resinous, more gooey tropical fruits, a bit of warmth. Good, fun.

500ml can shared with Rod B @ Station. Pours murky pale gold, good white head. Aroma has nice resin, orange, passionfruit, mango. Taste is exceptionally light and soft on the palate for the strength, moreish exotics. Goes down extremely well. Great NEDIPA.

500ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, mango, papaya, pineapple, somehow more honey-like than malty support. Taste is sweet-ish, juicy, tropical and citrusy fruity hoppy, moderately bitter, notes of mango, passion fruit, orange, grassy and leafy undertones, some honey in between; lingering bitter and fruity finish. Slightly oily texture, soft palate, perfectly adjusted carbonation finds exactly the centre for an alleviating and refreshing effect without degrading or deviating any flavours. Well balanced, dangerously drinkable.
