Hoppen: Strata, Columbus.

Borefts IX. Day 1. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Malts are creamy and pretty sweet. Hop spice and ripe citrus. Sweet floral finish. Quite sweet then.

330ml bottle bought at Bierbaum. Bubbly white head, spotty lacing, cloudy apricot coloured body. Dried fruity aroma, mid-sweet. Fresh and dried fruity flavours joined by almond and caramel malts. Malt-driven end with dry fruit hoppy notes. Fine depth. Pleasing. (Shared with Leif, hotel room, Amsterdam 11.03.2018).

33cl Bottle from Sterk. Deep reddish-brown colour, light-beige head. Aroma of orange, mandarin, sweet, light resin, malt, some caramel. Flavour is quite sweet, again lots of orange and mandarin, light sticky, resin, light herbal, caramel, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent but a bit too sweet imho.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear amber with small off white head. Lots of caramel, dank hops, orange, lime, bitter herbs. Quite fruity, but also strong malty. Lots of citrus and soft roast. Don't get much seawater actually. Over medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. Not bad.
