We pulled together this stellar group of friends and brewers from across the pond to brew an Imperial IPA to celebrate 10 years of Other Half. We collectively agreed to a mix of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Mosaic, a smidge of Enigma with some Mosaic Cryo and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief for extra pop.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A hazy and slightly dark orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly fluffy pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops brings smooth pine and a biting hop spice. Nice candy fruits into slightly ripe citrus and floral tropical fruits. Getting Enigma black pepper and Cranberry loud and clear on the back end. Finishes light with more hop spice gnawing away. Candy fruits linger. Different! Just feels different this one. Very interesting hop profile and hugely drinkalble.

Can at home in Hackney - big thanks to Adi! Pours murky gold with a soft, creamy white head. Medium sweet flavour with ample tropical fruit purée, lemon rind, bit of pine, nip of pale grain. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, rindy citrus, more fruit purée. Tasty gear.

Sample at the DC outpost. Pours a translucent gold with some clingy white head. Nose is a nice blend of orange soda, apricot and melon. Flavor has some bubblegum, Bubbelicious to be sure, Circus peanut candy, light oat. Finishes medium full, little bit on the tip of your tongue and a little bit of sweetness. 8 3 8 3 13
