Cask at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear, rich gold with a light, creamy topping. The nose holds jammy tangerine, toffee. Big sweet flavour, oily, with notes of caramel and ripe citrus fruits. Full bodied, gooey and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with rich creamy citrus, booze. Almost reminds me of schnapps. Tasty, if a bit heavy.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015. It pours deep red-amber with a tiny off-white head. The nose is rich, oily, sweet, big boozy boost, rum, stewed fruits, toasted brown sugar, fruit cake and vanilla. The taste is rich, sweet, sticky, chewy malt, oiliness, fruit cake, sugar cane, wood, vanilla and light spice with a surprisingly short finish. Full body, soft carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. I really like the aroma, but this could get a bit cloying after a while. Good fun anyhow.
