[ As Stone Stone Cold Fox ].Dark brown color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, light nutty, moderate hoppy, wood, chili ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, herbal. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150812]

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2015. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty chocolate vanilla hoppy aroma. Roasted malty chocolate vanilla hoppy orange flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate hoppy finish.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 2 - London. Pours deep black-brown with a frothy beige head. Rich burnt pine in the nose, with secondary notes of cocoa and orange rind. Medium sweet flavor with scorched earth, oily pine, orange, light grass. Medium bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Nicely resinous and roasty on the finish, with mild alcohol warmth and notes of chocolate, earth and pine. Great CDA.

Cask@GBBF 2015, Olympia, London - fuzzy dark brown to black coloured pour with a beige/tan head. Aroma and taste is a mix of roasted malts and tropical fruits, prominent hoppy, pine, some caramel, cocoa, roasted hoppy finish.

Cask at GBBF, Olympia, 2015. Chestnut coloured pour with a beige head. Aromas of plum, raisin, blackberries and soft bitter fruit. Flavours of dark fruit, walnut, sultana and raisin. Nice.

Cask at GBBF 2015, Olympia, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, roasty, malty. chocolate, vanilla. Interesting black IPA.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Clear deep brown beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Palate is airy and smooth, modest fine carbonation. Tangy malts, unsweet dark chocolate. Mild spice. A little cherry. A light semi dry finish brings biterness and more spice. A curious affair from Stone.
Chocolate chip cookies in a beer. Yes!

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 2. Aroma is woody, toasted grains, woodland berries, light spices, cranberry. Opaque reddy brown black coloured pour with a thin tan head. Flavour is composed toasted vanilla, apricot jam, pine, black malts, pine needles, spices. Palate is medium full, moderate low carbonation, little chewy, . xolid bipa.
