A transcendental Mild, with an irrational, never ending depth of roasty flavours. Works out perfectly.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] An intriguing semi-translucent mahogany coloured pour with a thin beige head; toasted grain aroma; smooth oats body with treacle and charred malts; the malts adding a little bitterness before a treacly finish.A nice mild.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Vaguest of vague sweet floral malty aroma. Glossy black on first sight, but more of a dark cola brown on closer inspection. Thin bubbly beige head. Light bitter, however there is a sweet and sour element underneath that. Weak coffee. Roasts. Berries. Boiled Veg. Light bodied, Watery. Light carbonation. Long finish. Nothing to write home about. Drinkable but ultimately uninspiring.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear, rich brown with a creamy tan head. The nose holds lightly roasted malts, chocolate, earth. Light to medium sweet flavor with mellow cocoa, mild earthy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish, with earth, chocolate and dried fruits. Straightforward and quite decent.

XT Pi 3.14% cask at GBBF and actually my third "pi 3.14%" beer (the other too are from Brasseurs du Monde). This one is a deep brown with a mild malty flavor but the body is just too thin.
