Cask at Cambridge Blue. It pours near black with a small beige head . The nose is earthy, coffee, roast, toast and treacle. The taste is bitter, roasted malt, toast, earth, coffee and salty liquorice with a short, dry finish. Light body, soft carbonation and watery mouth-feel. Ok mild, but perhaps a bit dry.

[Cask at Reading BF] Dark brown with a moderate beige head. Rich roasted malt, chocolate and smoke faile to cover up a rather thin mouthfeel. But it’s a decent mild, nevertheless.
