Relativt pålitelige notater fra godt besøkt føradventsmøte i Jæren Fråholdslag. Vi jobber effektivt med kveldens agenda, og der er naturligvis ikke et promillefritt blodomløp i sikte i det vi gyver løs på denne 0,33 flasken fra min importkoffert. Brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Mørke malter, nytraktet kaffe, mørke karamellchokolader og litt urter. Fin maltkropp, passelig karbonert og en tørr avslutning med mersmak.

33 cl bottle. ABV 6,5 %. Black color. Medium beige head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma is brown sugar, toffee, alcohol.Flavor is bitter cocoa , coffee Medium body. Long bitter finish.

0.33 l bottle @ Albufeira. Pours jet black with beige head. Nose is chocolate, coffee, fruits and earthy notes. Its taste is sweet fruity mainly with a touch of roasted and earthy character. Closes with short to medium sweet, warming finish, has medium body and a bit too much carbonation. Wouldn’t be bad, but not quite well rounded.

F: huge, tanned, long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: roasted malt, bit dark fruits, bit coffee, bit chocolate, bit vinous. T: roasted malt, dark fruits, chocolate, coffee, some alcohol, quite simple, too heavy for easy drinking, bit plums, medium body and bit higher carbonation, enjoyed but not great, 33cl bottle from Supercor supermarket @ Rua de Aleixo da Mota in Porto.

Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.
